Under the User Worksets>Workset> Macro Section, locate the MS_DGNAPPS variable and remove the # sign from the Name column if it is there. Without removing any existing values, add the following line (if missing) to the end of the line under the Value column:

$(COMMS_MDLAPPS)advisorylocks.ma

Hit Apply, and then Save and Export the schema. After Exporting, exit the schema by closing GSA.
